This feeling comes and goes and when I feel it, it just feels like something is kinda trying to push out. Kinda like a little needle with a sting sensation. My doc says Im not dilated. It is a strange feeling. I have been cramping/contractions in the mornings but not close together. Anyone know what this could be? Fetal movement has slowed down too.

Could either be Braxton Hicks contractions (think practice contractions) or the baby is just trying to kick but finding that he/she hasn't any room to do it so now can only push on you. Fetal movement slows down when space gets a bit cramped.
Almost there!

The baby is more than likely engaged, and his/her head is in a very low part of your pelvis. This will numb the nerves (kind of when your feet fall asleep). The baby could stay in that position for several weeks. If you are concerned about decreased fetal movement, you should count kicks or drink cold water (this might make him/her wiggle around a little bit). Of course, contacting your doctor with your concerns is not a bad idea!

Try pelvic rocking, too. This is a great exercise that will alleviate the pressure from your pelvis. Do a google on pelvic rocking, and you will find "how to".

Good luck!

Do you maybe have a bladder infection?
Also, fetal movement will slow down as the baby gets bigger and has less room to move around.
Is you Doc concerned at all? If you have an odd feeling.....don't just shrug it off. Let him know. Usually we get them for a reason.

i dont know what you are experiencing but i think you should go to the doctor and tell him/her. just because you are not dilated doesnt mean you wont and cant go into labor. if fetal movements have slowed down you need to go in. it could be a sign something is wrong with the baby. go to the doctor.

It is most likely the baby. You are running out of room for the little one. The baby is trying to stetch out and is hitting your other organs. The baby is also pushing on your nerves causing all kinds of weird sensations. If your Dr says all looks good then TRY to relax. You'll need the next 8 weeks of rest because once you deliver you forget what rest is!

Probably not contractions. It may be that the baby is in position and his head is pusing on your pubic bone. Yes very uncomfortable and a bit painful. Like a pressure pain. I had that. You should be fine. Congrats on your new baby. Good luck
