If your talking about a "snack" before you go to bed cause your hungry, then try munching on some vegetables/fruit. That's what I do and I love it. If your talking about a meal then try some vegetable soup...very good for you.

Have a piece of fruit, some cut up veggies or a low fat yogurt. Danon Light & Fit has about 60 calories per cup and they have some really great flavors. Popcorn (no butter) is not too bad either.

vegetables and fruit. that is a great midnight snack but not donuts or sweet stuff of any kind at night. it'll just sit in your stomach

Simple, avoid carbohydrates after 6pm, those, when not burnt transform directly into fat. And at that time yuor day is almost over and you won't burn them... unless you workout at night. Have protein, milk, egg, or... pecans, and seeds like that after 6pm
