I'm always tired in the mornings and get less tired throughout the day. Is there anything I can eat before bed to help me get up and go?

why not do some jumping jacks and some crunches or something before your morning shower that should help wake you up :)

How much sleep are you getting? If you are chronically sleep deprived, naturally you will feel tired in the morning.

Do you snore? You may have sleep apnea. Check it out.

First thing in the AM, get as much sunlight as you can, open the drapes, go outside if you can. Sunlight resets the brain and tells it it's time to get up. If it's cloudy a lot where you are, look into special lamps they sell that mimic natural light.

And the other posters are spot on, get moving in the morning.

if you a morning person, its a good idea to go to a gym. that will wake you right up and also give you the energy you need to get through the day. if you are not a morning person.....get up and do some light stretches.....perhaps try to make sure your sleep pattern is regular.

Eat an apple. I read somewhere it's the equivelant of a cup of coffee.
