Crikey!! It's only 7lbs...just cut down a little and give it time. Maybe take up swimming or some other activity in addition to what you already do (best way in long term). The thing to bear in mind though is that 7lbs may come on in 2 months but it will take a lot longer to get off (laxatives will only get rid of a bit of water). Forget having 7 lbs to lose...just get on with your life and enjoy what you have got. If you are prepared to do anything then go for a swim or something. The more you obsess and get down, the worse you will feel and probably eat. Strict diets don't work because they are miserable and impossible to maintain. There is a very good exercise that will burn off the fat and improve your relationship greatly but I'm not going to risk being reported for abuse...sure you can imagine.

PS...blokes don't really notice our fat like we think they do, but they hate us going on about it xx

Steps to Start Your Weight Loss Program

Remember there's more to you than meets the eye. You've got personality, brains, feelings. in short, all those things that make you, YOU. So why diet? After all, you're more than just a body, and things that really matter can't be measured on a scale.
That said, there are some very good sound reasons for dieting. After all, dieting is not just for weight loss or weight gain. No, the true meaning of 'diet' is in choosing foods and setting eating habits that will keep you healthy, strong, and feeling your best. It takes planning and dedication. It means setting goals and following through. But it doesn't have to be a chore. No, with the right tools it can even be fun . especially when you start to see the results that you're looking for!
Before, choosing a diet, there are five extremely simple Steps, which if you really apply you will probably end up losing weight without even trying! Doesn't that sound interesting. Really No kidding . try the following: Click the link below to read more on Good Health, Diets and Weight Lose

wow if you really cant shift it dont go doing anything crazy with laxatives. Do what i did (my best friend recommended it) and go to www.myhealthabcmall.com go into personal weight loss and get the formula 1 shake mix (dont get the packets unless you want them for work) take it twice a day instead of a meal and you will lose the weight in less than 2 weeks, plus which you will great. The shake is full of protein/vitamins and nutrients. I use it to control my weight now i am down to my target weight. there is even a link to the owner who will advise you if your not sure.
I swear i will never be without this stuff again.
good luck

i got just what you need and is free. do cardiovascular workout on an empty stomash 5 day minimum per week ( before breakfast). this way you will burn just fat and not the food in your system, also eat a lot of vegetables and drink at least 10 glasses of water per day. have small meal, everything grilll, steam or raw. stay away from sweets and fruits for now. no carbohydrates after 5 pm. only protein and vegetables.
