Getting several inexpensive full length mirrors and placing them around the house, and one in the kitchen, helps a bit. Also try planning your day with a schedule and give yourself a fun exercise to do and leave time for a warm up and cool down. Maybe get a buddy to work out with you at a gym or ymca (but one that's going to help you out). Having a friend there to motivate you and you to motivate them will help a lot. You can also try putting pictures or magazine clippings around the room in your house that you work out in. Things that will motivate you like clothes you want to fit into or somewhere you want to go or even a new baby that you'll want to be able to keep up with. Hope it helps. Good luck!

First off you have to believe in yourself and second you have to have friends like some people on here that believe you can do it and will keep you motivated. Don't think negative about yourself and take your time and don't get aggravated. You will start seeing a difference in yourself and that will help more than anything and you will like the difference. I believe you can do it.Good luck
Also try taking some energy pills they do help out some too.
