My new baby keeps me up all through the night and when day time comes shes knocked out and so am I! I dont wake up until aftr 12p sometimes, should I still eat healthy breakfast or just go ahead and eat a healthy lunch?

Eat a healthy whatever. You don't have to be limited to breakfast foods in the morning or dinner foods in the afternoon. Just as long as it's healthy, you can eat it whenever you are hungry.
