I have tried to do this and it will not install, every time I try to intall Microsoft installer says there is another installtion running (When there isn't) how can I get into installer to see what is apparently being installed and take it off so I can start again?

Thanks for your help

presuming your on xp, press ctrl alt and delete to access the taskmanager.

from there check that there actually isnt another installer running - just because it dosent show up onscreen dosent mean its not running. you may just have a slow pc.

reboot the pc and try the instalation as soon as the pc is booted back into windows.
