All hair grows... Just seem people's hair grows slower than others... If it didn't grow how would you replace all the hair you lose in your hairbrush or in the shower?

My hair grows reeeeeallllly slowly.... That's why I resorted to hair extensions... People think its my own hair, if they're done well there really is no way to tell by looking... If you really want longer hair, i say save up and get it done! But always get Racoon... they're the best.

EVERYONE HAS A GROWTH PATTERN WITH THEIR HAIR

It is unique to them, you can't take anything or do anything to make it grow thicker or longer. If your on medication this can stunt the growth. The growth cycle goes through 3 stages

active anagen- when the hair develops in the bulb

categen- when the hair changes shape in the follicle

telegen- when the hair lays there resting

some people who have extremely long hair, have had that hair on their head for 15 years. Some peoples hair grows to shoulder length and thats as far as it goes.

EVERYONES DIFFERENT!

If you want longer hair, why not try some clip in extensions.
Remember to have your hair cut every 4-6 weeks
Invest in good conditioning treatments

Hope this helps

Hi Ya
The length of you hair is determined by your parents or grand parents it is hereditary. Nothing you do will change the growth pattern. Some peoples hair will grow to shoulder lenghth then stop. others neck lenght and others right to their thighs. It all stems on the family. Anyway short or middle length hair can look fab. Or there's hair pieces or extentions available.
Hope this helps

I have no idea if this works, but the Lee Stafford brand (available in Boots or on Boots.com) sells a hair mask that claims to help hair grow to its full potential. It is called R U Taking protection growth treatment.
It might be rubbish, but its worth a go!

My friend takes a lot of protein powder and it causes his hair to grow very long so he keeps having to get it cut. I think you should try taking protein powder also, it will help. Also keep your scalp clean as the pores will be clean allowing the hair to grow longer.

You may think that it is not growing, but it is! Most people's hair doesn't grow as quickly in the winter than in the summer.... assuming that you live in a "winter" area........ Hair is like a outdoor plant.....it likes sun to grow

Go to a Beauty Saloon, and TRIM IT, do NOT have a hair cut...

Just trim it!

Also, put hair food cream, or any healthy hair oils...

Don't over wash it... don't over blow-dry it...

Hair usually grows MUCH more in the SUMMER... it usually grows slower in winter :)

mine doesnt either. It gets to a certain point and appears to stop. I mentioned this to somebody and they said it is because it breaks off or it falls out. Good thing for the most part, there is always new hair growth. Yeah to my dispay, all those little grays. Thanks Grandma (she was gray before 30)

it is important that u masage your scalp daily to stimulate blood grow around the scalp. this will make it grow. however, everyoneshair has a point were it stopps growing. it may be that your hair has just reached that point. if you think that this is the case, you could try clip in extentions
