Ok I have the program installed called Torpark and I was just wondering if this can hide my IP from comcast, the reason I am asking this is because I download torrents and basically they told me that if I continued doing that they will disconnect my internet service. So basically my question is will Torpark hide my ip from downloading Bitorrents on my pc?

I can't believe comcast is monitoring what you download.
What kind of crap is that?
Comcast is your ISP?
Can you switch to DSL?
I've used comcast before, and I've never had them monitor what I do. Why did they take an interest in what you download? That's such crap. Tell them it's none of their business what you download. If they give you a problem, get DSL.
There are programs to hide what you do, but I'm not sure how they are monitoring you, so I'm not sure if they will help you.
