Instead of staring at the scale (I know, it's hard to do) start making body measurements. Measure your thighs, hips, waist, chest, and upper arms. Keep in mind you could be gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat. So you could be getting smaller without seeing much difference on the scale. Also remember you will retain some water when you exercise.
You are going to lose weight slowly because you are not that much overweight. Make sure you are getting enough calories so your body doesn't go into starvation mode. Make sure what you are eating is truly going to work well. I follow a low carb diet but whatever legitimate diet you are following, make sure you are eating what you should be. Artificial sweeteners have been known to stall weight loss in some people. If you are on a specific diet, visit a bulletin board for that diet and get advice. www.fitday.com allows you to keep track of your meals and nutritional intakes. With this website people can advice you on what could be the problem.
Another problem I see is that you are overdoing it on the exercise. You need to give your body a rest about once a week. You also should vary your exercise routine.
Without you listing what you feel is healthy it is hard to say whats going on. It could be too much fat, too many carbs, or too much sodium which causes water retention. If you are worried about stalling, find a diet plan that has a reputation rather than putting your own together. That way you can get support online to help you when you are having these problems.

If you really think that you're trying your very BEST in losing weight and seeing such little results, then your diet & exercise plan might not be the problem. Consult a doctor if you think there might be something wrong with your thyroid.
But if you don't want to consult a doctor, go to a nutritionist instead and sign up for a membership in the gym. Stick to the diet the nutritionist tells you and work out a lot in the gym. Now that's really trying to lose weight.
Remember, calories in, calories out. It's as easy as that, so if you're trying really hard to lose weight, then you should be counting the calories you eat everyday and taking note of how much you burn whenever you exercise. One pound is 3500 calories, remember that. You've got a long way to go, 10 pounds may seem a lot but it will be worth it once you get there, trust me. So I hope you get motivated soon. Good luck.

You're doing all the right things in order to be healthier and more fit, which is far more important than how much you weigh. First of all, you are probably losing plenty of body fat, but you are also gaining muscle ( a good thing). Since muscle weighs more than fat, you could actually gain weight by exercising.
My advice is this: don't worry about the weight at all. If anything, worry about body fat percentage, which will be a more accurate assessment of how your diet is working. More importantly, actual weight is nowhere near as important as being healthy. Continue the lack of sweets and the healthy breakfasts, and keep up the exercise (actually, a little less exercise might be better).

First, working out ads muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. That's Ok cause you can still drop clothing size and weigh the same when you change your muscle to fat.
Second, are you lifting weights? You should lift weights along with cardio work. Weight lifting sculpts the body. Cardio is the best for burning calories, but weights are necessary for strength.
You should be working out about 60 minutes a day, so you're Ok there, but you should only be working the same muscles every other day.
So if all you are currently doing is cardio, slow down to 5 days a week. You have to give your muscles time off to repair themselves. When you work a muscle, it develops tiny little rips, and it uses a combination of proteins and carbs to repairs this damage.
So, diet: you should be drinking about 80oz of water a day (take your weight divided by 2 and drink that much water).
Make sure your are getting dairy, fruits, veggies, & Protein - lots of Lean Protein. It takes more calories to digest protein than it does to digest fat or sugars. And it takes longer to, so you feel full longer.
Make sure your eating 6-7 servings of veggies and 1-2 servings of fruit every day.
Eat protein for breakfast & lunch, but avoid it late in the day.
Eat carbs (pasta, bread, etc) only early in the day. This way you have the best chance of burning them off.
Hope any of this helps!

add some weights. get those 5 lbs ones and research some exercises. they say that will burn off fat faster. and its not necessarily how much you weigh, really. It is about BMI. so try to go to the store and buy either scale or one of those devices (i do not know how expensive they are sorry) and that will tell you now much %fat you have in your body. You should work on lowering that number... and you will then see difference. So instead of hoping on the scare and looking at that NUMBER...look at your BMI. you want to lose FAT. so meassure how much FAT you have lost. makes sense right. and another thing... during your workouts, push yourself even more, its hard to do, but bring it up a notch and do intervals. my trainer said this and it works!! meaning, go fast, then slow, fast, then slow... alternate the level every other minute. it burns more calories and will build more resistance and its better than at one speed for 30 minutes. also... don't eat past 7pm. and also keep drinking water.. and also you can do a small fast, like eat less than 500 calories for 4 days. that should help u lose 3 pounds instantly. but after your fast, eat very very little and keep on exercises. remember EAT LESSS LESS LESS LESS LESS LESS LESS and exercise. i dropped weight just eating less and no exercise but i guess i should get back to working out. good luck

You're working out too much. 7 days a week is bad for your body. You need to cut it down a bit. work out every other day to give your body time to heal the sore muscles. Also if you're eating a lot of carrots, cut down on them, carrots contain sugars and apples have a lot of caffeine. Just check out your fruits and veggies and maybe also consult a doctor. They can help you out more.

have you had your thyroid tested? people who have depression can sometime have hard losing weight. i would make a log of what food you are eating/drink and at what time also include your work out and sleep. Take the log to a dietitian to see what you can do to help the weight come easier.
