It depends on where the camera has been. If it's been safely stored away in your house, it should be fine. If the camera was exposed to heat, the pictures will come out kind of yellow/orange.
It's worth having them developed...and only pay for the prints you keep.
I developed one that was at least 12 years old and it was fine.

Let's just say that I was married over 5 years ago and found several disposable cameras that were given to us. I took them to Walgreen's and had them developed. The pictures were beautiful and now I have to buy a couple of photo albums for all the new wedding pics.

The only way to know for sure is give it a shot. I think the cameras usually have an expiration date on them somewhere. Usually film will last a while, but I don't really know how long it lasts after it is exposed before the picture will start to fade.

If it was kept away from moisture and heat all this time, they should come out fine.
I too had a film developed (just a month ago) from a trip to Dallas in 96 and they came out fine. (I had forgotten about the roll inside a styrofoam box all this time).
Have faith and let us know how they came out!!!
Good luck!

If they haven't been exposed to a lot of heat, they are probably fine, maybe a little color shift. I would definitely have them developed.

Just take them in and develop them...you can refuse to pay for any pictures that don't develop clearly....you won't be charged.
