i call my grandma in the Philippines INANG (pronounced: e-nong) and i call my grandpa in the Philippines LOLO. I miss these grandparents of mine. Sad to say, they've already passed on =(
Here in the states, I have 1 grandma from my mom's side. I just call her grandma or OG which stands for OLD GRANNY.

I called all of my grandparents Grandma and Grandpa followed by their first names........like Grandma Betty
My kids however,
Call my grandparents the same thing I called them
Call my mom and her husband: mamaw and peepaw
My Dad-Papaw
My husbands grandma-Granny
His mom-Nanna
Her boyfriend is Lou
His Dad-Papa Joe
His wife is Caroline
and My husband's father's mom is Grandma Helen

Grandma Patty... I only had one grandparent that I had contact with. My kids call their grandmas Grandma (last name) and their grandfathers Papa (last name)
