Is it unfair to place the blame on one person for a mistake?

Meaning Having sex with an individual. Both of you wanted it but after it was over. One blames the other for what happened and says it was wrong.

Note:

Both of you were sober and not on the rebound from anything. You were at ones house by yourselves and it happens.

No ones fault at all. Maybe there's regret? Emotions can get pretty crazy sometimes and you think with parts other than your brains. Maybe it was a wrong decision, but it's no ones fault. Whats done is done.

it sure is unfair if both consented on sex.
