A good friend has just moved to China for a year (to Shangqiu) to teach English. I would like to send him a few care packages over the next year, but want to be sure that I find things that are allowed to be shipped to China. Can anyone let me know where I can find these kinds of guidelines? Also, if anyone has done something similar, do you have any suggestions for things you would have liked to recieve?

please make sure that no any political items inside then it's enough. the custom of China is not so strict.
