I would like to go English to Dutch when I send & dutch to English when I receive.

My favorite translator is "Free Translation". Go to their website, and copy and paste the text into the window. It's not perfect, but you can usually get the gist of the message...and it's free!

Dictionary.com is a great place to do this. You can copy and paste and so far it seems to be pretty accurate. Sometimes it will put the words in the wrong order so watch out for that.

You can use a program (search on Google), but you can't be sure it's correct unless you know both languages. I suppose it doesn't matter if it's a casual contact you're emailing with, but if it's work-related do watch out!

There are programs that allow text translation, do a search with Yahoo, or Google, and you should be able to find one.
