As a body builder(amateur) , I am on a High Protein Low Fat Diet. I include chicken in my diet most of the time. However I got fed up from chicken breast. What is the nutrition information of 1 really grilled Chicken Wing ,how many gr of fat does it include? Is it suitable for high protein low fat diet?

You would have to cut off the skin, and that would leave you with a few bites of meat. I would just stick to the breast but marinate it with different flavors if you are tired of it.

Unfortunately even a grilled chicken wing is high in fat. I assume you plan on eating the skin which contains most of the fat, but what is really left on a wing if you don't eat the skin.
