My 16 year old daughter is just out of control and breaking my heart.I want to cry but it is almost like I am numb right now.I am just so fed up.

Yes dear. I've been there too! It is heart breaking because we feel like we are helpless to help our kids. The truth is, we ARE helpless to help them at that age.

Keep your chin up and let those tears fall.

Been there! Done that! What I had to realize is that my relationship with my teenage was changing. Which means that she was no longer the sweet little girl that I knew, she was now growing up and changing rapidly so I had to re-evaluate our relationship and change to because I didn't want to lose her. As parents we think that they will always be young and impressionable, but they do grow up and you will have to change in your approach to her.

I can understand..these kids is something else..my mom used to tell me when they young they're on your mind string..but when they're older they're tugging on your heart..

I have a 19, 18 yr old sons..and I do understand..haven't really gave me a reason to cry..but somethings I can say yess they have..take care

hey im 16 and i hope your daughter gets better.. i no how it is to be soo mean to your mom. i done that to my mom so many times and made her so heart broken and she tries to cry but couldnt.. mabe your to upset to cry and let people see your tears. i hope things get better between you and her... and ooh some day she will realize without a mom is hard.

Hey give her a chance she probably going through something really tough right know. I think you should talk to her and listen what she has to say.
