Jesus is God the word made flesh, ok How would you explain that to a Muslim? I tried and even carried on some nice conversations Jesus told us to love our enemies as well as our brothers, and to pray for them. I believe that there is no other way to salvation but through Jesus. I want to see people become saved not judged and berried. I do not want to hate either, I just want the Love Jesus to be made known.
That is my point behind my line of questions that seem to offend some people.

u ask me would I like a Muslim to try to convert me, well I would not respect Him as a Muslim if he didn't. I may not like it, he may not like it, but respect is the imperative of the indicative behind what we both are doing, I find most Muslim inelegant enough to speak on their own behalf.

First the Moslems believe Jesus was a prophet and worship the God of Abraham just as Christains and jews.

The best explaination I've ever heard is the following. There was a man who didn't believe in Christ because why would God come down to earth as a man. One Christmas eve there was a terrible snow storm and the man noticed a bunch of small birds stubbling around in the snow so cold they could no longer fly.

Trying to help them he tried to herd them into his barn. For hours he stumbled around trying to chase the birds into the barn but they so feared him that they would just scatter and he couldn't get them near the barn. He thought to himself if I could just be a bird for a few minutes I could lead them to safety and warmth. Just at that moment the church bells range for Midnight mass.

Not a bad explaination

How is a Muslim saved?
They are a get to heaven by good works religion as are most. How good must he/she be? They can't answer because no one knows. They rely on Allah's mercy. When they realize they can't be good enough they may understand the reason for Jesus' sacrifice. They have sinned against God just like everyone.

They claim the old test was changed. There is no evidence to show this in fact there are over 5000 cataloged documented finding from the bible that show it is the same yesterday as today, even in other languages! The old test has over 300 prophesies of the savior/christ Jesus that has come true.

Also they say that Abraham (they acknowledge him) almost sacrificed Ishmael and not Isaac. Ishmael's descendants are Muslims and Isaac's are the Jews. Now if one reads the dead sea scrolls that are way older than the Koran it says it was Isaac.
So if one is truly searching they would see that Islam is a false religion. Salvation comes from the Jews/Jesus.

The Old Testament is filled with substationary sacrifice for the forgiveness of sin. It was all a example of the real sacrifice. The sacrifice of God Himself in the mortal body of Jesus Christ. God explained that without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin.. Jim

Hebrews 9:22
And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

I believe you should explain it to you exactly how it is. Dont make it as an attack on their spirituality but a declaration of a fact. I believe that the exact words will be given to you by the Holy Spirit. hopefully I answered the question of what manner you should tell them...if not.... I apologize....

Sounds to me like you've "planted the seed" . I know it's hard to take but it may not be up to you to see the result. You know? Put this in God's hand and just be a gentle witness. Love him like Jesus.
Don't worry about proving God to him. Just love him. Know what I mean? Read some of the gospels again and see how Jesus was with the "sinners": outcast, no goods of society. Try to be like that.

Rev Kip - The moon God, WTF? and you're a spiritual chief? Explains lots with regards to the techniques-set of a variety of of Christians available... *Shakes Head* Do you not know that Muslims (and a variety of of Jews) hint the origins of Islam lower back to the 1st newborn of Abraham, who God additionally reported might the be the daddy of an incredible human beings? So do you carry it against Jesus that his mothers and dads weren't christian? because of the fact Mohammed based the religion, of direction he replace into born right into a different one. and those loopy reference you made with regards to the pagan daughters he allegedly worshiped, you could desire to learn slightly extra. Mohommed actual denouced all scripture with regards to them as "The Satanic Verses" and reported such ideals had no place in a monotheistic relgion. anyhow, directly to answering the question. keep in mind, I talk of the wider Christian techniques-set, and not the certainly faith itself which preaches tolerance of others... Christianity has on no account enjoyed different religions. to contain Judaism. absolutely everyone keep in mind the Inquisition? Or the actuality that Pope John Paul II admitted that the church bore some accountability for the holocaust because of the fact of that's intolerence of Jews? Ever heard the age previous tale that we use the blood of a christian harmless to make our passover matzah? Christians decide to piggy lower back off of our faith so as that they have got a love hate dating with us, yet average won't be in a position to denounce us because of the fact they did borrow our God and not any incorrect way around. The immediately out hate for Muslims comes from the actuality that whilst Jews purely might desire to get with this methodology, Islam replace into shaped after the dying and hoopla of Jesus. we don't decide to grandfather clause him in, yet they outright rejected him. Oh, that and Christians look an intollerant lot as that's (lots to Jesus's chagrin, i'm beneficial).

True Muslims believe that the Christ is a prophet. We respect him but in Islam & Quran , he was not toutured on the cross . Allah saved him and raised him to the heaven. At the end of the world , he will come to life again .

Son, what works for you doesn't necessarily work for the rest. Muslim have their religion, and they're as devoted as you are to yours. You wouldn't like them to impose their beliefs into you, right? Then why doing so to them? Instead of checking who is the true one, why not trying to seek what each doctrine has in common? I'm sure both you and them could learn a lot and then find out that both seek the same truth and are up for the same purpose which is peace. I'm also sure God wants us all to learn respect for each other's rights and beliefs. Just think of it.

I can tell you what the problem is, for Muslims Jesus was a prophet as Mohammed was, not God. I don't get it, in christianity first it was said that he was the son of God, then he became God.. I'm sorry but I just don't get it..

First and foremost, prayer. Ask God to give you His burden for the Muslim people that He brings across your path. Intercede for their souls. Love them as Christ would. Ask God to give you His plan in terms of how He wishes to use you among Muslims.

Relationship is key. Before you preach with words, those Muslim people must be able to see Christ in your life (preaching with action). They must respect you as a genuine "person of the Book".

Find a church of Arab believers in Christ in your community and attend there. Serve there. Remember Christ came as a servant.

After that, there are a couple of very interesing books on the topic.
