I looked up ur profile because the only think i could think of why you would be scared to tell your mom is that you are too young. turns out ur only 13 (just a baby!). It also says you are quite good looking (just a tip mate, id take that little bit out okay).. If ur mom is just like everyone elses mom and ur just scared coz it might be your first gf, then dont be too scared. Youre 13 and its natural for us to get gfs/bfs in school. She might ask u 100 questions about the girl and warn you not to get serious with her and that she has to meet her first, but dont think that as bad she just wants whats best for u and more than likely will be shocked to realise her 'little boy' is growing up very fast!

if u have had gfs in the past an know tha tur moms reaction is somewhat CRAZY hence why youre scared to tell her, then tell her at a comfortable time when you know shes not going to be stressed out or tired. Tell her in a calm way casually in conversation just like "hey mom ive got a new girlfriend at school shes real pretty" or something like that. more than likely she will be okay and happy with it once she knows ur gf is a nice sweet girl..

and if it doesnt work out with u an ur gf for good, dont be disheartened, ur still young youll have PLENTY of other gfs!!

It depends how you old you are and whether your mum would be unhappy with it.

The best way is usually by leading into it slowly rather than dropping a bombshell, and being honest if she asks outright.

Maybe tell her there's a girl you really like and take it from there. I'm sure she will ask lots of questions and then you are just answering them rather than telling her out of the blue!

Tell ur mum, she'll probably be thrilled, she doesn't want u to be single forever u know. She's gonna want c her kids get married and be in a loving relationship and she probably wants grandkids eventually aswel. U can't help it if like someone!!! jus tell her, it'll probably make her feel good to cos she'll think it's good that u can tell her these things cos it means u can talk, and she might be useful for advise.

just be like mum how would you feel if i got a girl friend, or just drop it into conversation wen your talking about some good news so shes in a good mood to recieve, she probably won`t freak out, if she does storm off and say fine i`ll never tell u anything again, no mother wants a distrusting son, so she should be ok with it!

take her home after a date or something and say: hey mum, this is x, and give a cheeky smile. you don't have to necessarily say she's your girlfriend if you don't want to, just say goodbye casually and then next time you go out, when your mum asks where youre going, just say to the cinema with x or something, do this everytime you go out, and she'll guess after a while.

surely your mum isnt that bad and remember she dated too otherwise you wouldnt be here. technically. invite the girl round and introduce them as though she is your friends first if you are that worried about it. im sure she will be supportive-after all she ure g/f makes u happy doesnt she and that is all a mother wants.
good luck and dont be scared

Well, the longer you delay the longer it sits on your conscience that you haven't told your parent. My suggestion is that you just flat-out sit down and tell her you have one. Wait for a good moment. Don't just spring it on her at a bad time [ie: when she's crying] I don't think she'lll have anything negative to say, and if she does, at least you will know.

Smile at her. Give her your cutest face and say with excitement that you have a girlfriend.

I got 2 boys and I'm a sucker for them when they tell me the truth.
