should i get 2 12" kicker L7's and 2 kicker zx 1000.1 amps or 2 jl 12w7 and 2 jl 1000/1 amps.
all opinions are welcome on other systems

the w7s would be louder. a lot louder. its a better all around sub also. however with that said, why dont you compair JL's flagship (the w7) to kickers flagship? which is the Solo x. to be honest between those 2, i dont know which would be louder.
one thing is for sure, if you want a pair of the loudest subs on the planet, then the Pioneer 5000SPLs are for you. only subs in the world to go over 180 db. just an FYI.
also you might want to check out Eclipse Titanium seriers.

I would say the Jl w7, but i too like the memphis amps and subs. Also check out Phoenix Gold subs and amps. I am running 2 phoenix gold xenon subs. Hits hard in my stang.

id say the jl w7s but i would go with fosgate amps...they put out more power and hold up better than most
