Goodness, it could be a whole number of things - you'd need to provide more detail, but I'd suggest visiting a doctor.

Assuming you haven't been exposed to anything very unusual (burns, radiation), my thought is that you may be having an allergic reaction, especially if this was somewhat sudden. Take a look at any new medications you are taking (or combinations), foods and environment - look for changes.
