Apart from excersice huh? Well it's about genetics, nutrition and keeping a healthy life and diet. If you are a teenager you still have a good chance to grow taller. Be patient.

I swear, this question is on here more than any other.

There is nothing you can do to make yourself taller. Nothing. There are no exercises, no vitamins, no supplements, no devices, no drugs, no hormones. Nothing.

It's in your genes. Be patient if you are a teen. You won't be done growing until you are 21-22.

Only three things determine your height
1) genetics
2) nutrition
3) certain illnesses/injuries

Stop worrying about your height, you may still have a growth spurt in your future. If not, learn to love yourself a little more!

Drink your milk.
And don't worry about it. Your genetics are largely responsible for this trait.

Its similar to asking: "How do I make sure my eyes get to be a certain color?"
