First thing, I want to tell you is to loose 10 kgs in only 1 month is not a healthier act. You can try to shed the weight but keep one thing in mind that whenever you start any weight loosing program, in the beginning, the weight of body becomes stable i.e. it does not get down in the beginning. Inspite it stops gaining weight. After that, your body starts to lose the weight. Also, the weight loss in the beginning is due to water loss from the body, which is natural, so, don't be over reactive to it or over expect from your body.
You simply eat fresh fruits and green vegetables (leafy & with fibres). Always prefer to take salads before half an hour of your meals when you feel hungry. Avoid fatty food like cheese,butter, oil, non veg along with junk food because one restaurant or junk food contains as much calories required for our full day calorie quota. So, stick to home made less calorie low fat food.
Also, avoid sugar & all the artificial sugar substances like sweets, desserts, chocolates.
Do regular exercises like jogging and stomach crunches/ strectching exercises regularly for atleast 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
One important thing don't insist much on dieting because when you try to control some act, your eager to do that act increases. So, relax & take it in a normal way.

It is not necessary to get loss all the 10 within a month: reduce fat items: ice cream like processed food: oil; do regular exercises;take more water: you will find about 2 kg at least per month: repeat: because of this you will become fit and you will feel healthy;

Just a warning, you may gain it back if you lose it that fast. However, if you really want to lose it then you'll need to work out 5-6 days a week for at least an hour: 30-45 minutes of cardio and 25-30 minutes of strength training. You'll also need to drastically change your eating habits. No junk food at all hardly (every once in awhile won't kill you). Drink nothing but water and drink it often and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and cut out all fast food. Also make your portions of food smaller. I hope I helped! Good luck!

sweetie, you can't. safely you can only lose about 1kilo a week.
drink plenty of water, cut out processed (and fast) foods and stick with whole foods. exercise at least 3 times a week.
and have fun. that's the best way to lose weight. have fun and walk with friends or go to the gym and meet new people. it's not easy, but you can lose, just not as fast as you want to.

4.Need to increase muscles bulk, but still reduce weight.
Fat: 10 percent of 1500 calorie per day = 150 calories.
Complex Carbohydrates: 15 percent of 1500 calories per day = 225 calories.
Proteins: 75 percent of 1500 calories per day = 1125 calories.

Foot note: To take fat is so important, while reducing even fat, that it is included in all cases. How old are you?
Most people put on weight after age 40.
Any way before you try any thing, see a doctor to rule out any abnormalities (Hormone, Pituitary).
Remember it is ten times easier to put on the weight then to take it off.
Body building is opposite of weight loss. But you must understand weight loss in order to build body.
I will include my article on weight loss also.
Most people eat protein reach food and complex carbohydrates, with one thing in mind, that they have to exercise 6 days a week and they have to eat more than what they burn off each day.
If you eat about 300 to 400 more calories per day then you burn off, you have a weight gain of slightly less than one pound per week.
You need to eat about 4000 calories per day minimum.
If that does not work than slow down your exercises routine.
In extreme case you will not exercises for two weeks at all, followed by vigorous exercises routine for six weeks. Repeat this cycle again and again till you reach your goal.
