I didn't forgive and follow the LORD's word but rather wanted justice and hardened my heart. (in reference to the God of the Bible-Jesus Christ)

You don't understand who God is, so you have put yourself in His place. That's your priviledge, but know that your decision has consequences you may not like further down the line.

I don't necessarily think that means you don't fear God honey. Something personally bad happened to you and you wanted revenge. It is was society has deemed the "norm". I think deep down, you know that you are not going to want to be the person who wronged you when it's judgement day. I also think you fear God simply because you are asking the question as if it is wrong to go against the bible.
