I dont know its just something i heard from a friends grandma, and her grandma always had clear skin and i get break outs everynow and then so i was just wondering if anyone new if it helped or not?

Well it's considered a facial with atringent properties and I can say from personal experience that it helps to keep your skin taunt,smooth, and clear.
All you do is beat the white of an egg until it's stiff like a meringue texture, then you apply to clean skin and leave it on until it hardens. Then wash it off with very warm water and rinse with cool. Your face will feel good to you and will have a smooth texture and a nice shine to it. Oh after that you may apply moisturizer as well.
I definately think you should try it and see what a big difference it makes.

If you add a couple of drops of lemon juice, it will. Make sure you
blend the whites till foamy first. It will clean the pores, light
blackheads but won't help with acne.
