i eventually want to have a full tattoo on my back that is of angel wings.... i realize that tattoos on my body is such a passion of mine. i was wondering if anyone knew anywhere out there if there is a site or anything that has alot of different angel wing styles. most i have seen i dont like.

what i did for my wings:
i looked for the shape and position of the wings. then the style...mine have a feathery stone look. strange but its cool, for me. then find an artist that can see what your idea is and mesh them together... pictures that have a little bit of this and a little bit of that is what will help you get to explaining what you want and you'll have a better desicion as to what you like and what you dont.

I think a tattoo should be cool to you and that's what should matter. Do not put it on your body to please anyone, because they are not the ones that are going to wear it forever. Now, if the angel wings have a sentimental meaning to you other than just being cool or cute, then I say "do it!" I myself have tattoos and they are cute, but I have asked myself, now why is that there and why did I ever put this other one over here? What was I thinking!? But, this is not the case for all of them. So please ask yourself, what is the real reason behind wanting to get angel wings on my back? And I am sure you will make the right decision. Good luck!

Finding the right artist is very important...
They should be able to help you find a
good stencil for what you want.
If your artist is helping you, then you will
know right away, if he can do that particular
design. No guessing. Some designs are a
lot harder than others.
Just type in tattoo/ angel wings and you
should find what you want.

I think that looking online is good for getting ideas. Then find an artist that you trust and show them your ideas and tell them what you would like to add or subtract from what you found. They will be able to do a sketch for you... and hopefully it will be exactly what you want. Also don't listen to anyone who bashes you for wanting a tattoo. It's a form of self expression and has nothing to do with wanting to be trendy. Also it DOES NOT mean that you are trashy or a whore. I have two tattoos and they are both have meanings behind them. They are in places that the are not visible to anyone else. If other people don't like tattoos that is their choice but don't let it stop you from doing something you want to do.

Look for images of smaller sized wings or feather types that you like. A good artist should be able to help you with drawing something unique and more toward your liking. Using the internet is good for ideas, but you should never rely on it to find you the perfect tattoo.

Type on Yahoo search the word "tattoo" and chose images. I found mine from the tattoos that are listed on this site. You will find thousands of styles there. :)

then thats a sign you shouldint get a tattoo at all i dont have n e cuzz i respect my body and angel wings r nicole rochies thing or b spears u dont want to be a hoeeee like them now do u look for something else like a teddy bear
