You MUST be a citizen of the US first of all. So work on that slice first.

Next, you must be able to pass a very invasive background investigation. It is thorough and may make you very uncomfortable with the parts of your personal life they delve into. The background invest is necessary in order to grant you a security clearance. Based on that, they may be able to allow you entrance into their academy for training.

Odds are, they will not accept you because you're not a long time resident or citizen AND your Moroccan ethnicity may raise security flags. If you're serious, you might want to get into another law enforcement agency here in the US after you get citzenship and show that you're established as an American. THEN you MAY have a better chance at getting into the top law enforcement agency in the US!

Hope this helps.

from the fbi's official site, fbi.gov
"To become an FBI Special Agent you must be a U.S. citizen or a citizen of the Northern Mariana Islands. You must be at least 23 years of age, but younger than 37 upon your appointment as a Special Agent. You must possess a four-year degree from a college or university accredited by one of the regional or national institutional associations recognized by the United States Secretary of Education. You must have at least three years of professional work experience. You must also possess a valid driver’s license and be completely available for assignment anywhere in the FBI's jurisdiction."

First immigrate to the US and do so legally. Second study hard and take classes to become a citizen. Take the test and become a citizen. Then you can apply to the FBI. Because one thing you do have to be is an American. Welcome to my country.

I'm pretty sure you need to be an American citizen to be eligible to work for the FBI.
