Painless Way To Pull Tooth?

I have this baby tooth, A 21 Molar, It got loose today and I want to pull it as it has been irritating me TO DEATH, IT IS PAINSTAKING!! Anyone have PAINLESS ways to do this?

I pulled out all my baby teeth with my fingers it shouldn't hurt, and one time I had a tooth come out eating a now and later or an apple.

Either #1: wait for it to loosen until its fairly easy to pull, or #2: call the dentist and tell them your problem. They might be able to get you in the same day, numb the tooth, and take it out. If it's already loose, it should be a fairly quick procedure.
