After breakfast I always take a good balanced B-Complex along with Vitamin C. The B vitamins help a lot with mood & energy. Never take them on an empty stomach.

There's this stuff called Emergen-C that you can get at the grocery store in the vitamin section...They come in packets (powder) and you mix it in with your water. No caffeine and they are packed with all the essential vitamins your body needs for energy and to feel better! the raspberry flavor is the best. you can drink it hot or cold.

LSD.Ticket to heaven. But its a short stay. Coz when u get back to earth u might end up getting re-routed to hell.

Meditation and Music should be a better idea. And if you believe in God than try turning to Him. Though im not sure if he can provide you with anything like an LSD trip.!!!!!!!

I only know of prescription anti-depressants. Over the counter stuff doesn't work !
