For the last few days, I've had the words "Raido Berkana Ehwaz" stuck in my head, like a song that just won't escape. I know they are different runes, I've done quite a bit of studying up on them. Unfortunately I don't have my Runelore book with me. Does anyone know any possible meaning behind those three runes being together and stuck in my head? Do they mean anything special, or are they just wandering around in my head for no real reason at all?

Raido is the "solar wheel"
Ehwaz are the two horses facing one another
Berkana, the sound "B"

It depends on what circumstances they're stuck in your head as... if in this order, like a 3 rune draw it usually refers to past present and future which would read, to me like some kind of movement or journey in your past that (present) has resulted in some kind of "rebirth" for you, and some form of (future) partnership or more journey, further discovery for you. AGAIN it all depends on the circumstances of the when, how and where this is popping into your head. Without answers I can give you no further ideas. I'm sorry I'm of no further benefit.

Raido: The fifth rune of the Elder Futhark, representing the letter R. , translates as "riding" or "journey

Berkana: The 18h rune of the Elder Futhark, representing the letter b. translates as of "birch. Birch has many symbols attached to it:

During the first lunar month of the year, the Celts used birch rods in the beating of the bounds and in driving out the spirit of the old year - two important rituals of re-establishing tribal boundaries and the order of the seasons. In Great Britain and Ireland birch-rods were later used for flogging criminals, a practice continued right up to the present century and only recently rescinded in the Isle of Man. (Although part of the British Kingdom, the Isle of Man is an ancient Celtic stronghold with its own parliament, the Court of Tynwald.) Then in March the Druids made incisions in the tree and collected the sugary sap to make a cordial to celebrate the vernal equinox. It was also a very symbolic gesture of releasing the spirit (dryad) of the tree at the time of the sun's own liberation into manhood. Indeed, in the Druidic herbal calendar the birch tree had a continuous cycle of uses throughout the year, with every part of the tree yielding a valuable remedy or product. Whilst their observation of the rhythmic laws of nature was fundamental to their social customs and agricultural calendar, spiritually the birch was the alpha and omega, the first and last principle, signifying the eternity of God and immortality of the soul.

Ehwaz: The 19th rune of the Elder Futhark, representing the letter e. translates as physical movement, physical shifts, or new dwelling places. Its main significance is change, but a change for the better and usually an anticipated one.

It could all mean a change of location for you is coming that will involve a bit of travel. The change could have significance to your current situation either emotionally or spiritually. That's my take on it anyway.

Well, you've got wagon, becoming and progress (on a simplistic level). I would agree with the interpretation above me that you're supposed to be moving forward into something new. Either that isn't happening and something is holding you back, or you're being given a message that things will be changing rapidly for you.

Something you're holding onto is impeding your spiritual growth...time to clear out some baggage...but then that's just my interpretation...
