now my weight is 85 kg , hight is 6.2ft. n west is 37 inch i can reduce my wight 5 to 8 kg n west like 33 to 34 inch in 5 days hoe it possible

you can't. anything more than 2lb per week is just water loss. sorry.

First thing, I want to tell you is to loose 5 to 8 kgs in only 5 days is not a healthier act. You can try to shed the weight but keep one thing in mind that whenever you start any weight loosing program, in the beginning, the weight of body becomes stable i.e. it does not get down in the beginning. Inspite it stops gaining weight. After that, your body starts to lose the weight. Also, the weight loss in the beginning is due to water loss from the body, which is natural, so, don't be over reactive to it or over expect from your body.
You simply eat fresh fruits and green vegetables (leafy & with fibres). Always prefer to take salads before half an hour of your meals when you feel hungry. Avoid fatty food like cheese,butter, oil, non veg along with junk food because one restaurant or junk food contains as much calories required for our full day calorie quota. So, stick to home made less calorie low fat food.
Also, avoid sugar & all the artificial sugar substances like sweets, desserts, chocolates.
Do regular exercises like jogging and stomach crunches/ strectching exercises regularly for atleast 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
One important thing don't insist much on dieting because when you try to control some act, your eager to do that act increases. So, relax & take it in a normal way.

Put lots of vaseline on your body then rap it up with plastics (polythenes) and then run for 2 hrs continuesly. Then come back take bath and rest for 15 minutes and take only juice for 2 or 3 days after doing the running thing. You will loss your weight more than you want but this vaseline and plastic thing will heat up your body so much that you will see some dark spots on your body.
That's all I know for this crazy stuff you want to do.

Its not possible to reduce ur weight by 5 - 8 kgs within 5 days.

You need atleast 1 month.


Drink 1/2 litre water before break fast. u should have ur break fast after an hour.

using this method u can reduce ur weight.

It is not possible to loose that much weight on such short notice and if tried might be detrimental to your health. Try to loose as much as you can by eating fat free, less carbs, drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day and doing cardio and weights. Do not overdo it as it can damage your body and you might end up in the hospital.

Swim in Salty water for about four hours every day for the next five days.Make sure that there is a strong friend swimming with you so that if you feel tired , he/she can save you quickly from drowning. Regularly do bending and turning execies when you are back home. AND, most important, dn't eat excess food when you return from the Sea.
