The amount of fat and cholesterol in this combination is
very high and i would suggest very unhealthy in general
but especially if you're trying to get the pounds down. Try
hard boiling one egg, chopping it up and topping it with
black pepper, a dash of hot sauce or low sodium soy
sauce -no extra salt. If you love bacon, they have no
fat turkey bacon that you can nuke and crumble over
this. You can put this combo on one piece of good
whole grain bread but this should be your only bread
for the day. The best diet I ever tried was the old
Scarsdale Diet...find it in the library. It combines protein
with some carbs like fruits and veggies and does'nt
concentrate on only protein which can ruin you health
in the longrun.

On a low carb diet, eggs cooked that way would be applauded -- the fruits would not unless it were a low sugar fruit such as strawberries or cantaloupe.

It depends on how many eggs, and how much bacon.

As a general rule, you should avoid bacon.

Poached eggs are generally better.
