Do we only kill and eat them at Christmas. Can turkey eggs not be used for anything........like Easter.......or.........Baking????

Turkeys don't aly as many eggs as chickens and as such the majority of their eggs are hatched into turkeys. Turkeys are bred as meat not as laying birds and as such are nor designed to lay a lot of eggs.
You can but turkey eggs but they are expensive and not really any better than chiken eggs, also you can only find them in certain shops. You could use them for baking or a fried egg sandwich I guess, but it is cheaper to get chicken eggs.

you don't see turkey eggs because they don't lay that many so they are used to produce more turkeys. hens hens lay around 300 eggs a year, turkeys lay around 100/120 a year.
