yes it is way bad for you because soon depending on if your a guy then you cant get hot without porn or your imagination then that "lucky girl" will probably laugh at you. if your a girl then it is a yes and/or no because that is more practice since you have no "third leg". also it is bad not detrimental for your health but you'll gradually want to do it more and more to the point you do it in the restroom at restaurants and at school.
i also hear it is healthy if you do it sometimes NOT A LOT YOU SICK FREAK DON'T POST THIS TYPE OF QUESTION AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A lot is a pretty vague number. More than once per day might be excessive. Otherwise it is healthy and normal.
