I'm what most men consider thick, but to me when I look in the mirror I'm fat! I'm 5"7 189-190 I kick box 2 times a wheek and I also go th the gym 2 times a wheek I've tried everything I mean everything to make my hips and legs to slim down what can I do? I have a smaller upper body and bigger hip area from behind I dont need to work on my stomach as much cuz I have abs it's just I want to where a size 8 pants, I run, lift weights, kick box what else can I do
