I'm what most men consider thick, but to me when I look in the mirror I'm fat! I'm 5"7 189-190 I kick box 2 times a wheek and I also go th the gym 2 times a wheek I've tried everything I mean everything to make my hips and legs to slim down what can I do? I have a smaller upper body and bigger hip area from behind I dont need to work on my stomach as much cuz I have abs it's just I want to where a size 8 pants, I run, lift weights, kick box what else can I do

Ideal size to me, but I like thick girls. At the height assuming you don't have a small bone structure I would say thick rather than fat. Continue to exercise as that is healthy for you though, but don't stress your weight.

If you had the majority of your weight in your stomach area rather than your lower half that probably wouldn't be too attractive, but as it is you sound hot.

You need to start counting calories. Make sure you arn't eating more than you should be. You should probably be around 1400-1800 calories a day. But make it good food. You should also excercise (cardio) for 4x a week for at least 1 hour. Do an elliptical machine. It works the legs, and everything else. When you do weight training, try to do high reps and low weight. With kick boxing and counting cals and cardio, and light workouts, you will be in shape in no time, just stick with it!!! first look at yourself and try to like what you see. this is how you are. When you stop stressing about your appearance, you will have less stress and that will help :)

Also look at your diet. Try to eat what your body needs and nothing else. Then when you exercise focus on your legs a little more. You should see results when all these steps are done.
