Is waxing worth it?

I recently went to get my legs and bikini area waxed and I don't think it was worth it. It was painfull and costly. I think that I'll stick to shaving.

I think waxing is worth it on the bikini line. I find shaving my bikini line makes it quite irritated. On legs and underarms, I totally agree. Shave every time.

I use Veet instead. It last longer than shaving, and doesn't hurt like waxing does. Also, on the bikini area if you want to shave, use aloe Vera gel instead of shaving cream. I do that and I don't get razor burn, and my skin is super soft after.

The only waxing I've ever done is using duck tape on the back of my calf. LOL

I wouldn't do waxing, even if you paid me to do it! I'd use nair before I'd wax, and I'm allergic to nair! I use the new razor that vibrates, and it works great! It does better then the 3 blade moistor strip Schick razor that I have.

I think that waxing is very pain full but I would rather stick to shaving to because it is less painful.I would only wax my face if I would need it.

Love waxing!..Not so much the pulling, but the results..It really isn't that bad! Take a couple Ibuprofen before you go and your golden!

i think its only worth it for the bikini area, because you wanna prevent ingrown hairs.

shaving legs is fine.

In the long run Laser hair removal is a whole lot better.

It only works if your hair is long enough...I shave too often to use any effectively
