By doing squads, leg kickers and all that good stuff i see good results. Butt is there but i want it to firm better on a bottom because i have a wrinkle by my thighs? Any suggestions?

the stair master!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!

I once did that for an hour and I could barely fit into my skinny jeans after my workout! lol!

half an hour on the lowwest, set the other half hour on a very high level!

Chocolate does the trick in most cases! ;)

walk around for a day with your buttocks flexed, Im serious, it will cause them to be isolated and give you a firmer bum.
