i guess it would depend if you are on county or state probation and the severity of your crime. like the Leo before me said if you have done everything to satisfy your probation you are likely to catch a break. Be honest and pray about it before you go in. otherwise get your commissary money together, pack you necessities and stick your head between your legs and kiss your behind goodbye. you might not get a vop hearing for at least 30 days depending on the docket. if this is your first violation you might get time served and reinstated. Good luck and stay out of trouble.

Your PO will be concerned as to why you did'nt attend anger management. If you have a legitimate reason...the violation of probation could be reconsidered. If you don't have a valid reason for not attending...then your probabtion can be violated. Best thing though....be honest!

Depends on what is all going on. You will need to try to talk to her and let her know what is going on.

If you are not able to attend anger managment because you were kicked for some reason, then yes, more than likely the PO will revoke you. But you need to talk to the PO and explain some things and see if he/she will give you another shot at it.

Good luck...

also let me add to the previous answers this if you have been doing right by your PO, and the 2 of you have had a good relationship, and by this I mean you not always in her office asking for a break, your always on time and doing EVERYTHING right. And you have a good reason for missing, then she will probably work with you. if you have been a slacker and have a poor realtionship with her, then take only what you need to go to jail, she will probably let you sit for a few days to get your head bake on the right path.

Plus remember she did not put you in jail, you did, she just signed the paperwork.
