If you don't get them cut off they will only get worse. Get them cut and use infusium 23 leave in conditioner. It protects hair. Use Neutragean Tgel 2 a week for the dandruff along with your regular shampoo.

to get rid of the split ends you have now, get your hair trimmed. it doesn't need to be drastic, just have your stylist cut off an inch or so. to take care of your hair after that, i'd say buy shampoo and conditioner that are made for hair that's dry or damaged and buy a dandruff shampoo. alternate the dandruff shampoo and the other one when you wash your hair. if your dandruff is severe, then just use a dandruff shampoo all of the time and use a really good conditioner after shampooing to try to prevent split ends. also, i hear that vinegar helps to get rid of dandruff, so you could try that if you want.

Get some dandruff shampoo, or dry scalp shampoo. the reason you have split ends, is because your hair sounds unhealthy, coming from a dry scalp. Mostiorizing shampoo/conditioner can prevent most split ends. Split ends also come from how much hair products you use; hairspray, moose, gel, blow drying, curling, dyes, perms, ect.

The split ends will need to be cut off. You don't have to cut off all your hair, just the ends. You're supposed to trim your hair like, every 6 months anyways. But get your hair trimmed, avoid alot of heat, and go easy on hair products.

before it goes to through the whole strand of hair you need to cut it and then do deep conditioning for a while after each shampoo for some time, you may want to stay away from chemical processes for a while (perms, relaxers, color) you need to also use less heat as possible and if you do use a heat protecting styling product, not to mention drink more water dandruff is like dry scalp and you need to have more moisture, dont weigh your hair with alot of products because that causes hair build ups (dandruff)

You can't repair split ends permanently. There are products that stick them back together but it's very temporary. You need to cut them off and then look after your hair with a good conditioner and not too many electric styling products.

You have to cut the split ends off and use conditioner on the new growth to keep from splitting more after the cut.

trim them off. Then condition your hair with hot oil treatment once a week to prevent further splits. Also, try to air dry as often as you can.
