Kurt Godel might be high on the list (although "Christian" is a strong term). His strongest argument was the application of modal logic to Anselm's ontological argument.

Otherwise, Pseudo-Dionysus, Maximos the Confessor and the Cappadocian Fathers presented Christian theology in terms of Hellenistic Neo-Platonism, and did a good job of it. But they weren't apologists, so their strongest arguments are probably irrelevant to your question.

Purely Christian as opposed to a philosopher who was a believer? Probably Anslem or Aquinas, but you are going back a long way there.

Otherwise probably Descartes.

And guess what none of them had any strong arguments..
