understand there may be an increase in mail cost in Canada. If so, when & how much?

It happened on Monday the 15th and now to mail a regular letter is 52 cents.

The 1 cent increase began Monday, but if you bought 51 cent "P" stamps before you may continue to use them without adding a penny stamp.
