There are few listings and telephone books are non-existent except for businesses. There are many Indian and middle eastern shops and businesses on Sukhumvit Sois 8 to 11, can not miss it. You will have to ask around.
One can truly disappear in Bangkok or Thailand.
You could try the Thai immigration service and see if they have a last known address.

Walk around the streets of bangkok. They're plenty of indians. You can then ask around!
