if christians took over and put creationism in school and we refused to take part in their stupid ridiculous beliefs because we have self esteem and dignity i wonder if one by one atheists would just 'disapear'

I am not a creationist and do not want it taught in the schools. However, I am a Christian. The question is only about atheists...but a lot of believers are not creationists and, like myself, would likely feel that our views were being left out.

BTW, I have self-esteem and dignity too. You might find that a lot of people feel as you do if you would not add the insults to your questions. SW

History would repeat itself. Think, Witch Trials and the conversion of Pagans to Christianity.

If you don't believe in Christ, then you will be burned, hung, and/or tortured. Then, once the Christians have a notorious reputation for murder (not like they don't already!), then the masses will covert out of fear - or at least fake that they believed.

We would just ignore you.

And I would wonder when atheists would learn to spell "disappear". Or are they so worried about looking for banned bibles in school that they forget to go to spelling class? Maybe a Nun could teach you some grammar.

remeber the witchtrials and the holocaust? if christians took over it would be a dark day indeed. Not just for atheists either, the Pagans Buddhists and other non christians would suffer at the hands of such a tyrant as a christian dictator

Paranoid much???

The nation would merely be one step closer to the truth. Atheists would simply be seen as the nutcases they are.

LOL

Well, you can go to Europe, or to pretty much any other country in the world! In Europe, most people are Christians (Catholics, mostly), but it's not really an issue here. We don't really talk about it. I have friends I don't even know if they believe in God or not! Most people keep their faith for themselves. And creationism is laughed at. Well, most people don't even know that people still believe in creationism, actually!

PS: for Starla_c: thanks for the big laugh!!! I'm still laughing, actually!

the atheists would continue to believe how they believe nothing has to change they would just have to sit there just like the agnostics and listen to what they were being taught which would sound like torture to atheists lol and would be joyous to christians

If creationists took over the school, the atheists would have to feign interest in the Bible to avoid flunking and living on the streets.

They would kill all the atheists and other non-believers like it says to do in their Bible. In Acts 3:23, Peter claims that Deuteronomy 18:18-19 refers to Jesus, saying that those who refuse to follow him (all non-Christians) must be killed.

So much for the "peaceful" and "tolerant" religion people lie and claim it to be, huh?

Nothing so harsh. More than likely we would only need to just either imprison or deport them. I would opt for deporting so that we wouldn't have to keep them in prison. However, there would be no need for any executions.
