So in the bible it depics jessus dying for our sins and that he will wash us of all our sins, i have two questions with that
1: doesn't that contradict even the thought of hell? because if non believing is a sin and god will wash us of our sins when the time comes wouldn't everyone go to heaven?
2: and doesn't that prove that you can do anything you want? if you were to kill someone and believed in jessus and god wouldn't that sin be washed from you when you die, then prooving that heaven is full of rapists, murders, and serial killers?
I have been wondering this for quite some time pls tell me wut u think im christan and still gonna be this just doesn't makemuch sense, and no one in the bible ever depicted dinosaurs when they first made adam and eve, and everyone says that humans never lived with dinosaurs tho we have proof that dinosaurs exsisted. wuts you take on that? thanks tons

It is the will of God that all be saved, and in a sense that is as easy as accepting Jesus as your Lord and savior, but Jesus did not die on the cross so that people could committ whatever sin they wanted then be forgiven. Every person will be accountable to God one day. Only He knows who will go to heaven and who will go to hell.

As far as dinosaurs and humans. Someone just asked a question about Christians view of dinosaurs. You may what to look at some of the answers.

A burning hell does not exist. Hell is the common grave of
mankind. The bible shows that "the dead are conscious of
nothing" Ecc. 9:5 Jesus died for us so that our sins could
be forgiven or washed away. We still would need to do as
he requires to have everlasting life. "This means everlasting
life, their taking in knowledge of you the only true God and the
one you sent forth, Jesus Christ" John 17:3

The bible shows that "wages of sin is death" Rom. 6:23. So
when we die, we have paid for our sins and then have the
hope of the resurrection. "Resurrection of the righteous and
the unrighteous" Acts 24:15 "All those in the memorial
tombs will hear his voice and come out.." John 5:28
Of course, the bible speaks of those who would receive the
"second death" Rev 20: 6, Rev. 20: 14, Rev. 21:8, we know
that this is symbolic, because death and hades are thrown into the "lake of fire", so it is not a literal place. So those who would receive the second death would have no hope of a resurrection.
Only God can read hearts and he is the only one who can
judge. If we die faithful, we can be assured of a resurrection. What's important is that if the end would come in our lifetime, would we be living our life in accord with God's word. That is why it is important to serve God now. Jesus gave us the signs to look for in the "last days" Matt 24. 2 Tim 3: 1 - 7

The bible also shows that "the meek will inherit the earth and
reside forever upon it" Ps 37: 10 & 11 So many of those
resurrected would be here on the earth.

1:You must accept the gift of salvation while you are still alive, so no that would not make everyone go tho Heaven and therefore contradict Hell.

2:No you cannot do whatever you want and still go to Heaven. You must ask for forgiveness, and truly be sorry for all your sins after you commit them. The cleansing from sins you receive when you first accept Jesus does not cover future sins, you must repent after you sin. Yes Heaven is full of sinners. We are all sinners, the only way to gain access to Heaven is to repent of your sin no matter how big or small they are in the eyes of man.

3:The Bible is not clear on exactly how long in Earthly time it took to make the Earth. It is possible that God made dinosaurs to exist, and they were destroyed before time as we know it became into existence. "A day is a thousand years, and a thousand years as a day."

Grace and repentance are tricky for the mind to grasp. That is why humans really cannot judge humans at all. God sees your motives better than you can see them youself.
Salvation is a process, not point in time. A turning point is when you truly repent of your sin.
You must have growth in your new life. [check out the parable of the seeds in Matthew 13:3-23] Also you must renew your mind:
Give your bodies to God. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice-the kind he will accept. When you think of what he has done for you, is this too much to ask? Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will know what God wants you to do, and you will know how good and pleasing and perfect his will really is.
Romans 12:1,2

Second question about dinosaurs: They are alluded to in Job and the Psalms. Here is a good website that deals with the issue:

Hell is the common grave. Hellfire is a false doctrine.

The wages sin pays is death. If it were that easy to be resurrected, then all the bible would say is that Jesus died for our sins. After God restores the earth to the paradise he intended for it to be in the first place, he will resurrect all the dead. Then God will decide if each person will have the opportunity to live on this paradise earth or be destroyed for all eternity. This is called the second death of which there is no resurrection.

God knows what is in our hearts and why we do what we do. He will judge as to whether a person is really a good person or not. The reason Jesus died for us is so that we at least will have a chance to live forever. Before Jesus sacrificed himself for our sins, there was no hope for a resurrection for anyone. As the bible says, Jesus will give a call and all those in the memorial tombs will come out. Some to everlasting life on earth and some for everlasting cutting off.

You forget about the politics of the time. Because the controversy surrounding Jesus was so great, the Roman Governor, Pontius Pilate, had the stone rolled in front of the tomb and sealed with his own seal. He had all the power and he would take full responsibility for this man, Jesus of Nazareth. If that stone was rolled away without Pilate's permission - those Roman guards would be executed. We don't know how many there were at the tomb, but there were about 600 waiting in the wings to quell any Jewish disturbance. The guards did not see anyone go in and take the body. (again, think of their position in this!) There was no body to find for Jesus was still alive and again, hundreds and hundreds saw Jesus alive! We have ample testimony to the fact which again, many gave their lives to this testimony. Would they willingly give up their lives for a lie? Read the Scriptures again and take them in as the Truth that they are. If you are a Christian - quit fighting the Holy Spirit on technicalities and just ask him to come into you and reveal the Truth that is Jesus Christ. He didn't die and live again for a magic show. He did it for YOU!

Jesus' death removed the seal of the primordial sin of Adam and Eve. He constructed the path to salvation, but He isn't forcing you to take it, people on earth might, but not Him. And no, it doesn't mean that you can do whatever you want and still be saved. True repentance is a hard thing to do. If you kill somebody before you die, and say you repent, I think that it would have to be a true repentace: that is that you regret doing harm unto others, yourself, and going against God. Repenting just for the fear of hell won't cut it. When people say that Jesus washes all your sin away, they most likely mean that if you want Jesus to do so He will, but then you would have to refrain from commiting those sins again...hard thing to do.
About the dinasours and genesis: I believe Genesis is a symbolic story, and the bible is books, rules, morals, and spiritual advice for humans, so I don't see that the mentioning of dinasours would fit anywhere, unless it had to do with spirituality.

You know my friend, I struggle with the same questions. I have been raised up with the doctrines of tradition. I've been reading the bible and I'm discovering that some of those doctrines are fooey.

Jesus says faith in him brings salvation. Both Jesus and James say to back that faith up with good works. That is put your faith to work because it is dead if you don't.

Paul says we are justified by faith and not by works of the law. This is true but we still have a responsibility to uphold the moral laws of God according to Jesus and James. Paul doesn't go beyond the faith thing because he is addressing the legalists who proclaim you have to do stuff for salvation. You only need faith. However, with that faith comes work. We still have work to do and if we don't do it we might loose out on some reward.

I'm still studying this but according to Paul we make it to heaven but like a man escaping through flames. We get burned and maybe we aren't rewarded as highly as others?

Jesus will wash us of our sins as long as we have faith in him and he who sent him.

Jesus fulfilled the law. There is a difference between the moral laws of God and the crazy laws of man. Jesus wanted us to follow his moral laws and not all the crazy man made laws.

Again, there is much studying to be done here.

Hell on the other hand is supposedly for non-believers. Not sure what all this entails but I'm studying this one too.

I know that the bible talks about the grave Sheol, a place where bodies were dumped Ghenna, and Hades the abode of the dead. Not sure about the lake of fire.

But translators of the bible seemed to put hell in place of those words when it suited their doctrine.

The best way to find the answer to this question is to get an accurate bible translation along with the original hebrew and greek and do a prayerful study.

You're going to get answers that are passed through the tradtional doctrine leneses. You're not going to get one answer.

The Holy Spirit is the One who comes and convicts you of your sins. Then, a convicted sinner has the choice to accept the free gift of salvation or reject the Holy Spirit. Rejecting the Holy Spirit is the only sin that will send you to the "limnay poor" or "lake of fire".
If the convicted sinner decides to ask Jesus to be his/her Savior, then the sins are washed away. The person is "reborn" into a new person, putting away the old person.

Email me if I can help you further with this.

Have a great day.

I am a christian as well, I believe in God and I believe in the Bible and I believe in Jesus. But I also believe in reincarnation, there's no way that we could learn everything we are supposed to learn here on earth born to one station in life, and in one lifetime. I believe the Bible isn't meant to be taken quite so literally. I think that earth is "hell" and when we live evil lifes we are immediately sent back here to "hell" without the option of staying on the other side a.k.a. "heaven". That is why the world gets more and more evil. I believe Jesus was sent as an example of what we can all achieve if we are connected to God. Just some things to think about...
