Amos 3:15. The New International Version adds "along with" --

15 I will tear down the winter house
along with the summer house;
the houses adorned with ivory will be destroyed
and the mansions will be demolished,"
declares the LORD.

The chapter as I read it seems to be about God judging Israel -- see the verse before. My reading has more to do with a call to social justice and avoiding conspicuous consumption which comes from riches gotten off the backs of the poor. Earlier in the chapter he also condemns idolatry.

It helps to read the whole chapter or book in different versions to understand the writer's meaning.

Whoa, that is a scary thought. Maybe it is global warming and the insanity we've had with weather. It was in the 70's in the Northeast last week.

There are lots of problems because of the many times the Bible has been translated. Don't worry about it.
