Before I answer, would like to ask you are you sleeping enough? What about the quality of your sleep? Do you ever feel like even after a nights rest that you would wake up feeling so tired? Falling asleep while driving or even just talking to someone? Snoring? Ever wake up in your sleep gasping for air? If this is the case, you might have sleep apnea.

Other than getting up and walking around regularly, try some chewing gum. Is you room or office well ventilated? Some music if it is allowed.

Drink a real cold glass of water.

This always helps me get my day started because I don't drink coffee as well.

Take a quick 5-minute break, go online and read something you're actually interested in, it gets the rust off your brain after hours of boring, mindless work.

Stand up. Place the pointer finger of your right hand on top of your head. Place your left hand on your hip. Now start spinning in circles on your tip toes singing the theme song to "Sound of Music". Guaranteed to wake you up.
