Make sure you have enough tarts
in the tin. I find that raspberry
jam and kiwi fruit makes delicious ones.

I usually have three portions of fruit a day. Normally one at elevinish and one about four in the evening. The third is in the form of fruit juice either at breakfast or with dinner.
That just leaves two portions which are easy to get from lunch and dinner. Even chips count as a portion or two!

Whatever I have for breakfast I always have a piece of fruit with it..like a clemintine. Around 10:30 I usually like a nice crisp apple. At lunch it's usually soup & salad. At around 2:00 It's a piece of fruit or a V8 juice. And dinner there is always a veggie and a nice big salad with whatever else I'm having.

I eat a piece of fruit instead of having a desert.....so that's 2. Another piece of fruit or veg. (perhaps a carrot) around 11 am. Then at dinner time i always eat something containing or with veg.
I think everyone has their own way of getting their 5 a day, but this way works well for me.

By using a supermarket that doesn't rip you off means you can afford the 5 a day

Like qwerty,I make juice in my juicer, snack on fruit, dried fruit or crudites, and include at least 1 portion in my evening meal-but most likely 2. If you are having just a simple dinner-such as pizza-include a salad with it. Put tinned fruit in your yoghurt or fresh fruit on your cereal.

I normally have fruit for breakfast with my cereal (sometimes grapefruit). A mixed bowl of mediterranean salad with olives for lunch and after my dinner I always eat a piece of fruit with a few nuts.
