There's alot of different ways, but I think one of the most effective (it's pretty drastic though) is doing all raw food. fruits veggies doin it all raw, making your own meals you'll lose 20lbs real fast then you start losing a little slower. Working out is great too! Pilates is good. Just mess around and see what works. avoid sugar though cause if you eat sugar you'll want more sugar. and salt, salt makes you retain water, making you look or feel fatter than you are. WHICH BRINGS ME TO WATER!! The best weight loss tool out there, drink lots of water!!! lots of it!! it will make you feel full, you won't want to eat a whole lot, and it cleans out your system...

Eat smaller portions of food read the labels on what your eating and eat according to portion and you should exercise at least 3 times a week for a hour each time the pounds will fall off. Good luck.

first of all, you need to cut out junk food, it will be hard at first yes, so give urself one small treat a day, but not too fatty! eat breakfast, a lunch and a dinner, and have 2 snacks in the day,such as 2 portions of fruit as one snack and a low fat yoghurt as another. Drink water, and herbal teas. ther is a tea on the market at the moment thats called Pu-erh tea, i swear by it. What water does 4 u is clears out your body from everything it doesnt need. this tea does the same thing. its not any bogus ****, because i have it. after one cup u will need to go to the toilet about 3 times, so dont have it b4 u go out! bt afterwards u will feel more alive and more healthy inside. now...as i imagine, cs i was the same u get hungry and u need to eat a lot (no worries at all) because woteva u eat make sure its onli healthy stuff, and eventually after about a month ur body wont need as much food and u can cut down bit by bit of how much ur eating. remember its not a myth. its not how much u eat, but what u eat! best of luck xxx
