If a person urinates to often than normal and mouth very dry, does this mean dehydration??

I have been urinating almost twice every hour for the last few days now, plus my mouth is very dry. Ive tried drinking a lot of water but my mouth stays dry. Is this dehydration or symptoms of something else???
