It's all about scheduling! And also convenience. I personally have to get up at 5am if I want to make a big breakfast and have time to eat it ... not to mention get my kid ready and her fed as well. So instead of waking up EXTRA early - I only do that on days I run (MWF) - I make it an acitivity of convenience. For breakfast we'll have fruit salad, a slice of wheat toast and a glass of milk and oj. I like this because you can make the salad the night before and just pull it out of the fridge the next morning. You can even prepare breakfast meals like pancakes and freeze them, then just pop em in the microwave when you're ready to eat them. There's a bunch of quick easy breakfast ideas out there ... check out some recipe sites that may give you some suggestions. I love kraftfoods.com because I have a two year old ... everything there is pretty simple to make and doesn't consume too much time.

How about the 7 to 6 crowd? I sometimes eat before I leave for work, but usually a vitamin and a bottle of water, with a snack around 9 or so. Usually Yogurt, veggies.
BUT, I love Jack in the Box lately. They really give you a fresh fast breakfast! Stay away from the hashbrown, if you want. The Ciabbata Breakfast sandwich is the best of all fast food picks these days. They have the fastest service, and it's fresh! At least the one I stop at is...
Read the nutritional information on the website. As a comparison, if you had 2 eggs, toast and ham for breakfast, well, that's what you're getting, on the go.

It's not how much you eat but the quality of foods you eat that will give you the energy and nourishment that you need. You wouldn't want to have a "big breakfast" like bacon, eggs, toast, homefries etc. Having a bagel with cream cheese and a piece of fruit will do you just fine. You can even wrap it in paper and eat it on the train. Wash it down with a milk or juice and you will feel content until lunch. Save the big breakfasts for the days you have off. If you find you are hungry again before lunch have a granola bar or crackers to tide you off.

Get up earlier!! LOL! Go to bed earlier if you need to and get up and eat your heart out!! Personally I love eating a huge breakfast, a medium lunch, and a small dinner. I have found that I feel better. But maybe that's just me.
And experts say that its better to excercise in the afternoon or later in the day. I know most people get up and work out.......but breakfast is what starts your metabolism and if you have a job that can be hard sometimes. But as long as you are doing some excercise you are fine. Hope this helps! :)

I prefer a quick easy breakfast. However, if you like breakfast foods, you can always order it at luchtime or have it for supper.

#1 - get up earlier so you can cook
#2 - make something easy like a protein shake with various fruits it takes 5 minutes...
* every meal that you eat isn't necessarily going to taste great. food should be used to fuel the body and nothing more.
